    Termination

    • We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason

    Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

    Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIASSISTANT.US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIAssistant.US from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
